The Buffalo Bandits wheelchair lacrosse team finished the 2019 campaign with a very respectable showing at the Wheelchair Lacrosse National Championship held at Skate Safe America Roller Rink in Long Island, New York over the weekend of August 23rd.

The tournament saw ten teams from around the country compete for the national title with the Maryland Thunder winning it all. The Buffalo Bandits were ranked 7th in the country going into the weekend and came out in the 5th spot after winning three games and losing three games over the course of the exciting competition.

“We have come a long way over the last three years. Going from 7th in the country coming into the national tournament to 5th overall with our performance this weekend is a real accomplishment for the team,” Adam Page stated with a big smile.
